Sustainability and tradition: The heart of the Boutique Hotel Laurino in Cavalese

A deep respect for nature and genuine hospitality combined to offer an experience of well-being, where history meets innovation in the heart of the Dolomites.

We believe that preserving the environment is essential for our health and well-being, as nature provides us with strength and energy. Sustainability is at the core of our values; from heating and lighting to mindful water usage, cleaning practices, decor, and even the eco-friendly products served on our nutritious and delicious buffets – every aspect of our hotel reflects this commitment.

Animals have always been part of our family life, symbolizing harmony and well-being. Their positive energy brings comfort to all, which is why our hotel warmly welcomes your furry friends.
Originally, the current Hotel Laurino was a small mountain house with an attached barn and stable, built in 1679 – one of the oldest buildings in Cavalese.
Over the years, it has been home to warm and welcoming people who have passed down a deep love for our traditions and hospitality.
In the 1960s, this spirit of hospitality inspired Mrs. Bruna to transform the home into a modest guesthouse.
In 2000, her daughter Elisabetta expanded the property, blending elegance, modernity, and innovation with the timeless charm of the original house – a heritage so valued that the building is protected by the Trento Superintendence for Fine Arts.

Each year, the hotel adds new touches to better serve our guests:
• 1679 - The original mountain house
• 1960 - Conversion from private residence to guesthouse
• 2000 - Expansion and renovation, the birth of Hotel Laurino
• 2015 - Creation of refined attic suites
• 2018 - Complete renovation of the second-floor suites
• 2020 - Garden enhancement with a wellness area
• 2022 - Modernization of the spa and new apartments
